Tips for GMG Students

To succeed at any skill, daily consistency is the real key. It's more beneficial for you to practice a little each day than to try and cram in one long practice session once a week. If you don't spread your practice sessions out over the week, you won't spend your time on developing new skills, but trying to remember what was learned last time. Whatever progress you could make is lost in the days that go by in between your practice sessions. Just like the best way to eat your food is one bite at a time, the best way to grow in music is to practice a little each day. Try it for yourself and watch as you grow in your musicianship!
